Jackrabbit at The Duniway Portland combines the creative approach of Celebrity Chef Chris Cosentino's craftsmanship with the flavor that makes Portland one of the premier dining destinations. The restaurant's interior design draws inspiration from Portland’s rich history and highlights sustainable materials in a contemporary setting. This was further developed by keeping to our holistic approach to simplicity, authenticity, and craft. Jackrabbit is part of Chef Chris Cosentino and Partner Oliver Wharton dynamic company, Delicious MFG & C.O. Nearly the entire project was made locally from the sourced timber at Goby Walnut to the numerous local fabricators and artists.
