Habitat Sunset is a new commercial subdivision at the corner of Sunset and Decatur in Las Vegas, NV. The commercial project carries a minimalistic approach in its design with sleek black standing seam paneling juxtaposed with contemporary industrial honed cmu block, hot rolled steel, and thermory wood cladding. The buildings will have solar panels and will use raised flooring with HVAC and electrical underneath for modular flexibility that can adapt to potential tenant’s needs. Large skylights and windows throughout will provide natural daylighting and awnings and courtyard spaces
